Rules and Regulations To Follow at Our Inn

The Savannah Inn is a small property where every guest is important and special to us. We strive to create a relaxing, comfortable yet fun environment for your visit to historic Lewes and the Delaware Beaches.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The balance is on the day of your arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call 10 (ten) days before your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 10 (ten) days’ notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation if inn is not at full capacity.

There is a two-night minimum during peak season, as well as weekends during the spring and fall. Some one-night stays are available. Three-night minimum on holidays and special occasions.

Room rates are based on double occupancy.

Rates and Policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and for some special events.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., while checkout time is at 11 a.m. Please respect these times so that our staff will have adequate time to prepare for your visit.

Late check-in: If you know you will check-in after 6 pm, you must call us immediately to receive our Late Check-in Procedures. These procedures will be emailed to your email address in our file. Should you have any difficulties, just call (302) 645-0330. Your innkeeper is on call 24/7.

The Savannah Inn is a nonsmoking facility.
No children or pets.
